bathroom installation, bathroom renovation

Proceeding to the refurbishment of our home, we want to make its every part as comfortable and fine as possible. At that, we want to take into account the functionality of each room. Living room is aimed for relaxing together or receiving guests; bedroom – for calm resting, nursery is for comfortable playing and studying. Furniture, wall, ceiling, floor coverage, various accessories – these are the necessary details for our rooms that give them specific features. And, what about bathroom? Where do we begin the bathroom renovation?

First of all, one should estimate the work volume. The key questions here are the following:
– Will you make the reshaping of your bathroom?
– What are the conditions of your ceiling, walls, floor. Inspect your bathroom for signs of damage and estimate how to rectify any problems before fitting new vanity unit.
– What kind of the bathroom equipment do you want to place there and how will it be arranged? (Sometimes changing angle or place of one or another object allows to use the room more effectively).
– What kind of lighting will there be – wall, ceiling, or complex?
– What kind of tiling – floor tiling, walls tiling?
– Where will switches and outlets be placed?
– In what way will room ventilation be realized?
As a rule, reshaping is made for an increasing of a room area. Such a bathroom reshaping usually gives 1m2 or more of additional area.

Practical implementation of your plans for the bathroom renovation should be carried out in certain sequence:

Draw a plan of your bathroom that is going to be renovated. One should not save on paper, as all the sanitaryware and water pipes, electric wiring, places of installation of bathroom equipment, lamps, switches and outlets should be indicated in the scheme legibly. The most important is accuracy in drawing walls, door (taking into account opening) and placing bathroom, toilet and sink. If after the bathroom remodeling you find that your bathroom pedestal sink does not match the bath, or that the W.C. bowl hinders using the washing machine, your good mood will be ruined, and another bathroom remodeling will take more money.

Doing the most dirty work: demounting the closet basin and the bath, knocking down the walls or removing the whole bathroom unit, doorway widening, and, finally, rubbish clearing. During demounting process, big dust volumes are arisen. They should be removed. Don’t forget to cover the books on the non-glassed shelves, furniture and clothes reliably. Put heavy duty cover sheets or dust sheets on the household appliances, computers, printers, faxes etc. Before entering the rooms, arrange plastic sheet sluices, covering passageways in height and breadth.

What do we see after demolition of the bathroom walls? Firstly, pipes going in different directions. Secondly, a lonely towel drier. Thirdly, electric wiring that laid in the hollow walls of the former bathroom. It should be treated very carefully: release the wires, insulate them and hang up to the main ceiling. Set the modern ball lock valves on the cold and hot water pipes, and don’t forget about filters for mechanical cleaning.

marketing, referral marketing, partnerships, affiliates

As a small business owner you may find yourself in a situation where you want to partner with another business but they are asking for a commission on your services. You will want to be prepared to handle such a request BEFORE you find yourself in this situation.

Whenever someone asks you for a commission in exchange for marketing your product or service, it is basically an affiliate or referral program. This can be one of the most powerful forms of marketing because it promotes word-of-mouth marketing. Who better to refer clients or customers to you than someone who fully understands the value of the services you have to offer?

Often these people are your current satisfied customers, or as is the case with this question, they may be strategic partners. Strategic partners are those individuals or businesses who agree to refer business to you, sometimes in exchange for you doing the same for them, or perhaps for a commission. Either way, it is important to make sure it is a win-win situation for both sides.

If you consider these individuals or businesses are in effect doing your marketing for you, then you realize paying a referral incentive or commission is merely a marketing expense.

When you consider that referred customers are “warm leads” and are a lot more likely to purchase from you than a “cold” prospect because they come with an endorsement from someone they trust, then you see even more how valuable this referral marketing can be.

My suggestion is to approach this as a potential business partnership. Make sure they completely understand the benefits you can provide to their customers and let them know you would like to design a mutually beneficial partnership. Before you offer to pay them a commission, find out what is important to them.

What are they looking for that you can possibly help them to get? In this case the potential partner IS your target audience so know them and approach them with a relevant proposition. Be willing to pay a referral fee or commission if that is all they are interested in, but also be open to other ideas.

I have negotiated some amazing partnerships just by spending some time talking and brainstorming with potential partners. In other cases I have straight affiliate/commission partnerships. It all depends on the partner and how we determine we can BEST HELP EACH OTHER to be successful.

TPO Roofing Material

If you just keep yourself up-to-date with the market trends today, you will find that in roofing industry, you won’t just find the common metal and concrete roof available. Roofers have reinvented and redesigned the materials to create other alternatives like the plastic roofing which is a product of recycled materials and one of the latest and the newest in flat roofing available in the market today, Thermoplastic Polyolefin Roofing Membranes or the TPO.

The TPO roofing material is considered a “new generation roofing membrane with combination of ethylene propylene diene terpolymer (EPDM) rubber and PVC. The basic characteristics of a TPO membrane are taken from the mixture of the two flexible membranes EPDM and PVC. These characteristics include long-term resistance to changing weather, tear and puncture resistance, temperature change flexibility, and chemical resistance.

Originally used for automotive applications, TPO consists of at least 20 rubber and despite its being a single-ply membrane, it has the three basic components of a roofing system which are the structural deck, the thermal insulation barrier in the middle, and a waterproofing skin. Just like the other types of roofing materials, it can also be manufactured in a variety of colors, including black. Since TPO roofing material is just relatively new in the market, its lifespan cannot be determined yet.

TPO roofing material provides several benefits and advantages over other roofing materials. A few of these are the previously mentioned attributes which were taken from the combination of the two flexible membranes. TPO is known for its being heat-resistant and remains heat-wieldable throughout its entire lifespan. It contains UV protection to avoid it from fading. Aside from its resistance to heat, TPO is also made to endure changing weather and climactic conditions. During hot weather like summer, it keeps the interior of the building cool, making it an energy-saver.

A typical TPO roofing material has good insulation performance because of its polymer and rubber content so it does not conduct sound, electricity, or heat. This type of material is one of the most recyclable in the market today and is very much environment friendly. Scientifically speaking, since TPO is an alloy, the thermal reaction of molecules on the materials causes it not to separate as compared to other compositions that are melted together and ground up. A TPO sheet is relatively stiff; some may be soft and flexible, while most can feel more firm and rigid which can help a lot in the installation process. These attributes have attracted roofing contractors, engineers, architects, and even homeowners and is currently becoming a good choice for their roofing system. TPO can be best used for commercial applications, especially flat-roofed system.

Bathtubs with this structure look more than stylish, and, as a rule, keep to the strict minimalism. Most commonly they are a part of designers’ collections, where besides them are present a wooden wash basin, receptor, wall panels and accessories, which allows to create a completely finished image of a bathroom space as a whole.

The third and most popular type of wooden bathtubs radically differs from all the preceding. In the first place their main feature is not a stylish modern bathroom design, but something quite the contrary. They are deliberately archaic, cottage style, which attracts none the less, and sometimes even stronger, than the quaint but a little cold minimalism. These are really direct heirs of those same primitive small tubs and bathtubs, in which in all continents and all history the mankind have been bathing.

The bathroom production technology for these bathtubs is at the same time simple and complicated. On the one hand, they are direct descendants of a cask, because they represent a bottom and sides, made of separate boards, fixed by copper or brass bands. The tightness is reached mainly by precise adjustment of all elements to each other, and use of modern sealers is only an auxiliary factor. The method of waterproof wood processing here is approximately the same as with casks.

The form of the bathtubs of this type is usually circular or oval, which is determined by production peculiarities. Tubs strongly remind their prototype, and look like supernormal casks. All in all, for example, “an ofuro” bathtub in a modern version practically doesn’t differ from those in which in their times lavished samurais after battles.

By the way, bathtubs and fonts, created after a fashion and style of a cask, are equipped by hydro and air-massage, which makes them even more attractive. And it’s in the first instance not a designer’s whim or a stylish decoration of the interior, but rather a pragmatic thing, devised to be constantly exploited in a usual regime. But don’t indulge a vain hope – bathtubs-casks are not that cheap.

Drawbacks and unquestionable benefits.
Feelings, bestowed by bathing in tender and natural ancient hugs of a wooden bathtub, are incomparable. It’s really the thing for which it is worth to take certain expenditures, sacrifices and efforts. What can be matched with a pleasure of touching a polished rich wood… The delight is intensified by a subtle aesthetics of the event. The aura emanated by a live wood block, can’t be imitated or faked. Contrary to the wide-spread opinion, it’s now technically possible to build in a wooden bathtub hydro and air-massage systems, and also to equip them with chromotherapy appliances. Nevertheless, a number of rather strict restrictions do exist.

As we know, the functions of bathtubs in our houses are often not limited to their direct purpose and are somewhat widened, i.e. people not only bathe in there themselves but wash their four-legged friends. So well, in case of a wooden bathtub it’s absolutely out of the question.

One must choose cosmetics with a special thoroughness. Caring and cleaning a precious article should be done strictly in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. Properly, for major hygienic procedures, one should better have a separate shower-cabin, and leave the bathtub exclusively for pleasure and relaxation, and as far as possible not use it severely. Strange as it might sound, it’s too good for its direct purpose, that is, for simple bathing.. .

There is no telling, that now wood together with cast iron, acrylic and steel is a usual material for manufacturing bathtubs. It’s still another item, it’s chic. But a wooden bathtub cannot be considered a special exotics, a rare exclusion from common rules, like it was several years ago. And if only recently there existed only one or two models, and each was a unique rarity, now producers of costly bathroom fixtures have formed a sufficiently big offer, and in various bathroom style solutions at that. This, of course, is expensive, and will be always expensive, but where there’s a wish to possess a desired new bathroom design, no other obstacles exist!

When a friend or co-worker tells you about a product she likes, as women do, and you then bought it too, how would you feel if you found out afterwards that she’d been paid to tell you?

Most private product talk among women is not commercial. Among men, either. Think TIVO, iPod, movies or restaurants – people refer those to each other because they love them, not because they get paid to do it.

If they did get compensated somehow, and you found out later, would you be as trusting of their next referral?

People telling each other about products they like, like TIVO, iPods, or other products has been referred to in the past as word of mouth advertising or word of mouth marketing.

The trust that the recommendation is not secretly motivated in anyway by compensation from a third party is what makes it a recommendation accepted at face value from people who know and trust each other. That’s what makes it so valuable to product manufacturers and marketers. Some of them, like Apple, try to make products remarkable enough that people will WANT to tell others about them.

Others pay to manufacture that word of mouth. They use people who are members of a group, like Moms, or Teens, and pay them to do so-called word of mouth.

Often, these newly created word-of-mouthers don’t tell the others that they’re being compensated, and that’s where the question arises: Would you feel manipulated if you gave your trust to a friend’s recommendation, bought the product, and then later found out that the friend got paid to talk it up to you?

You no doubt know that marketers are not a very credible bunch these days. One of the most popular business books today is entitled, All Marketers are Liars ( sdfdsvcfdscddcs.bananamarketingxhcb/library.html )

So now, must we add “All Friends are Liars”?

Proctor & Gamble Co. has quietly come out with an advertising program, Vocalpoint, that is such a manufactured word of mouth campaign. It was developed to pitch its own and other companies’ products. ( sdfdsvcfdscddcs.businessweekxhcb/magazine/content/06_22/b3986060.htm )

P&G has recruited 600,000 women into their new advertising army over the past year or two. All moms. All on the take. Here’s how the company is using them:

“By crafting product messages mothers will want to share, along with giving them samples, coupons, and a chance to share their own opinions with P&G, the Cincinnati consumer-product giant is using personal endorsements to cut through advertising clutter.”

And, says the company,

“We know that the most powerful form of marketing is an advocacy message from a trusted friend,”says Steve Knox, Vocalpoint’s CEO ( sdfdsvcfdscddcs.businessweekxhcb/magazine/content/06_22/b3986060.htm )

Right. So let’s exploit that, he says. They’re not his friends to lose. They’re yours.

Ask yourself one question and you will know if you like this: Would you give your trust as freely to the recommendations of someone you know, if you can’t be sure up front if they’re on the take or not, for whatever product they’re talking about?

Aside from the possible loss of trust between friends,

“…Vocalpoint also raises a serious ethical issue: Should the person spreading the product message disclose her affiliation?”

The Word of Mouth Marketing Association Code of Ethics requires “connectors” like these moms to disclose who they work for. But P&G does not require these women to do that. And many don’t.

Ethics and morals aside, ask yourself: Do you want to be able to trust a friend’s recommendation to be motivated by nothing other than the interest she has in telling about something she thought you’d like to know about?

If you found out later that she DID get paid, in money or free product, would you weigh her recommendation differently next time?

If you, like me, would take any future recommendations from this person with a giant grain of salt, then we all know this gal has lost something she once had – my freely given, no strings attached, trust. This is not a good thing.

The FTC is looking into it… ( sdfdsvcfdscddcs.businessweekxhcb/magazine/content/06_22/b3986060.htm )

P.S. Telling your connection up front is always good policy. And that’s of course why I suggest that when you are introducing your product to others, you let them know right up front that you are marketing it and why – because it’s helped you, say – and now you’ve decided to make a business marketing it – so you can do good AND make some income. (That’s all laid out in the If My Product’s So Great, How Come I Can’t Sell It? book and CD program. sdfdsvcfdscddcs.bananamarketingxhcb/3scriptscd.html )

Torch Roofing

Torch Roofing

More popularly known as the rubberized asphalt, the torch roofing system is commonly used in flat roofs. Basically the concept of torch-applied roofing system involves melting asphalt using a torch to create an impermeable roof. However, torch applications are highly hazardous to both roofers and the public. Roofing workers may suffer serious burns from the torch and high temperatures can possibly start a fire. Most roofers are not insured for the fire hazard that’s involved in the application of this system. This is the main reason why most manufacturers no longer permit direct torch application to wood substrates. Still, in view of the overwhelming demand of torch roofing, roofers readily take on the job albeit the risks involved in its application.

The pervasive demand for torch-applied systems greatly influenced by the flexibility of applications under various weather conditions. In areas that have below-freezing temperatures, torch roofing is a welcome alternative since it can be applied under any weather condition. However, the relatively high figure of incidences of roof fires evidently caused by torching operations prompted several roofing contractors association to provide their members with group-funded insurance. This is also due to the fact that most insurance carriers refuse to provide insurance for building contractors who are offering torch roofing services.
Torch-related fires have significantly declined since the implementation of the National Torch Safety Program in 2003. However there are still some risks involved that still cannot be addressed by the training program. The bigger issue is the structural designs both in residential and commercial sectors, which are mostly wood frame constructions. The nature of materials used in buildings pose particular risks since they are highly susceptible to fire.

In Canada, the biggest construction loss occurred in Downsview, Toronto in the year 1999. An entire condominium complex with wood frame construction was practically reduced to ashes after accidentally ignited by a roofing worker’s torch. Such devastating events have caused roofing contractors to reject projects that require the use of the torch roofing system.

Since the risks associated in this type of application, manufacturers have come up with alternatives such as the cold-process roofing applications. Manufacturers have introduced self-adhering membranes that are available in the market nowadays to hopefully reduce the necessity to the use torch roofing systems. Although there is a demand for this application system, they are still restricted to warm-weather conditions. Indications show that torch roofing system will still be the prevalently preferred method. Hence, the safety and security in the use of this system will still be a cause of concern to contractors and insurance companies.

For many years there occurs in a modern bathroom a silent battle between necessary practicalities and designers’ ideas. Now and again people place there something out of the common. One of the demonstrative examples of this kind might be a bathtub, made of a natural wood. By some reason, we believe that water and wood are incompatible. But let’s remember ancient small tubs, casks and troughs. Well, we might consider a wooden bathtub a distant descendant of its archaic ancestors, and it looks into the future with quite confidence.

Surely, wood is not too fit for making bathroom fixtures, but a general trend to sacrifice more functionality for glamorous exterior brought blocks of rich woods back to circulation. Moreover, a certain role was played by a change in the social outlook, and by the aspiration to bring to one’s life more of naturalness and, of course, a fashion for all real. As a result, wood has become a terrific lure for effeminate consumer. A possibility to have in one’s bathroom a rare, stylish and actually symbolic object has totally compensated for some non-practicality and complicity of care.

Not only wooden bathtub, but stylish bathtub.
During several last centuries practically all the vessels, which crossed the expanses of the seas and oceans of the Earth, were being built only from wood. This centuries old experience was picked up by the modern producers of wooden bathtubs. They use for their production only those species of woods, which naturally possess a high stability towards moister attack, like teak wood blocks, mahogany, wenge wood, larch, i. e. those, which historically were most valued by shipbuilders. A costly and sophisticated modern bathroom technology, with the help of which the bathtubs are protected from ruinous impact of moisture, is a fruit of handling development for ships and yachts hulls. A special chic is in trying to preserve wood in its primeval beauty, to minimize all perceptible coatings. Smooth and streamlined, these bathtubs are made from excellently fitting fragments, they are polished and in some cases covered with additional varnish, and as a result, they form an absolutely whole structure. A beautiful texture of the block becomes a further decorative factor. Naturally, every producer keeps the details in secret.

But some secrets leak out.
Bathtubs by their exterior often remind graceful barks and yachts. An interesting fact: one of Italian factories, which in its time built yachts, was now retrofitted to produce bathtubs!

Very logical that this very outline has become one of the most popular among designers. These bath tubs are especially good for new bathroom designs, styled in such popular now trends as Zen, ambient and minimalism. They not only daintily accomplish the interior, but called in the first place to attract major attention namely to themselves, and they are the main style-forming factor in the bathroom all in all. Usually, such a bathtub is placed in the middle of a bathroom, often on a podium, so as to arrest the attention of all who enter.

The other rather widespread types are massive rectangular bathtubs, performed from a block of natural wood, or specially treated plywood. It might seem at the first glance that they must be not that comfortable, but it’s not true. In order that a person felt comfy inside such a fairly hard and deep rectangular structure, a smoothly bent bed with a headrest is placed there.

That’s a popular question.

Some people insist you lead with the business (and they tell you to offer the product as a last resort only if the prospect says No to the business); others say they’d rather lead with the product.

However, there is NO best way for all. Just like there’s no product for everyone.

Here are five questions to help you decide what YOU should do.

Remember, you’re the one leading, so choose what suits YOU. And no, it might not be the same way your upline tells you to lead. But the two of you might not have the same taste in music either, and that doesn’t bother anyone, does it?

The questions:

1. What really excites you more: The product or the business?

2. What do you identity with more: the product or the business?

3. What do you believe you can do better – talk about the product (and your experience with it) or the business?

4. Where do you have more credibility and believability? With your product experience or your business (this or previous business) experience?

5. What is your tolerance for rejection? It’s 10-50 times more if you lead with the business than the product.

There is no best way. There is only the what works best for you way at this time. So follow your inner voice. Once you have given that an honest try, you can always experiment with another approach.

After all, isn’t the entire thing an experiment? We don’t know the outcome for sure, do we? So start with as many advantages as you can: Know yourself, act on that information. Then you will have given yourself the best chance possible.

Tin Roofing

Tin roofing dates back from centuries ago. Its popularity never waned mainly perhaps it is the most affordable roofing material. The material is also lightweight, durable, relatively resistant to corrosion and give exceptional formation capacities. It also absorbs heat easily so it can melt down snow and protect ice damming. Tin is a competitive material for weatherproofing.

Choosing tin roofing over any other metal roofing material like, lead, copper, aluminum, zinc, and galvanized iron or other roofing material rubber and cedar shake will be an excellent choice for those who have tight budget. Tin roofing is easy to install and its maintenance is manageable. It is the widely used material in mass housing program in US. The life span of tin is comparable with that of other metal roofing.

The common problem encountered by homeowners with regard to tin roofing is accumulation of dirt and stain. Overtime this will damage the roof if not attended to at once. Signs of corrosion may start appearing on roof surfaces. During the installation of the tin roofs, some punctured surfaces were left unsealed. These holes will leak when rain comes. Immediate care should be done right after the leaks were located. Leaking roofs are commonly present in valleys, roof-to-walls connections, and the steepness of slope. These parts of the roof should be carefully checked for unsightly stains and dirt and possible leaks.
Coatings can remedy possible damage that rust brings to your roof. Likewise sealants can help in stopping water to seep through leaks. There are many available sealants and coatings in the market. Electrometric coating material is a commonplace among homeowners.
Painting your roof will add beauty and touch of class to your roof. Paint should not be mistaken as a coating substance, though it might serve the purpose for a while. Paint hides the unsightly patches made by sealants and coatings. It also gives new look to rather old looking roofs. A well-painted roof is a well-maintained roof.
Tin roofing is easy to clean even with water alone. Strong chemicals are no longer needed specially if the roofs are new. Washing the roofs should be done regularly to avoid accumulation of dirt which host microorganism that might destroy the roofs. If there is stubborn dirt, mild chemicals should be used so that the color of the paint will be preserved and chipping off is prevented.
Tin roofing is truly affordable and durable which gives you more savings. You can even get your money’s worth if utmost care to your roof is well considered.

Tendencies for minimalism and antiquity penetrate even into bathroom and toilet rooms.

Guest post today from Active Paving – Dublin patio providersfor many years.

London builders, shower, shower cabins, bathtub, bathrooms renovations, bathroom spot lighting, bathroom design, small bathroom

Tendencies for minimalism and antiquity penetrate even into bathroom and toilet rooms.

The “antique” furniture.
Ecologically clean materials slowly, but really pick their way to the bathroom. If it is the furniture, it must be wooden and covered by moisture-proof lacquer. And if it is made from wood, it must look noble or “antique”. The cost of the matter: as a rule, such bathroom furniture is manufactured according to the individual order and is very expensive.

In the shower as if in a sauna.
If you selected the shower cabin, the fashionable shower is the shower with hydro-massage or the steam effect. Not cheap. But it is healthy, as in such shower cabins one can have acupuncture, spinal and leg massage by streams of water. As well as aroma and ozone therapy. The timers will control your stay there.

Stone bathtub – warm and inviting.
If you miss the cast-iron warm bath of your childhood, but want to have modern stylish new bathtub, order a bath from the artificial stone (polymeric resin, in which crushed stone (granite or noble onyx) is added).

A stone bathtub is lighter than the cast-iron one, can have any desired form, keeps the temperature well, needs no coverage (after casting the product is simply polished). It is robust and only a little less harder than the natural stone. The bathtubs are resistant to the household chemistry (one can wipe them even by acetone and nothing will happen).

Comfortable mini sinks.
The less space the sink occupies in the bathroom, the more timely and modern it is. Due to various forms it perfectly fits into corners and niches. Designers developed another innovation – on wide boards of the “mini sink” one can place a lot of jars and bottles.

Smart taps.
Touch-sensitive or thermostatic mixer taps will look ideal in a modern bathroom. But pay attention that in fashion now are smooth and rounded shapes. Touch-sensitive mixer taps are equipped with an infra-red device. The sensors switch on the water, when you put your hands close to the tap. Thermostatic mixer taps have two handles, one of which regulates the head of water, and the other has a scale, with the help of which you can set the required temperature. If the temperature of the incoming water changes, the water will flow slower from the tap, but the temperature, compensated by the sensor, will remain unchanged. If this or that flow of water is suddenly cut off, water will simply stop coming into the tap.

Lighting of the bathroom should be as intensive as possible and light in the proper way the individual standing in front of the mirror. Bathroom spot lighting will suit perfectly, if it is installed on both sides of the mirror or above it. The diffusers from clouded glass will have an auspicious effect on your health, saving your eyes from blinding light. Bathroom water prove spot lights are completely safe to use in your new stylish bathroom.

A flower greenhouse in the bathroom.
Various designs a bathroom plants make the bathroom a place for relaxation. But house plants are for some reasons rarely placed in bathrooms, despite the fact that these premises are in a dire need of softening the firm walls by the gentle verdure of plants. In fact, with the help of verdure you can make your bathroom a truly luxurious place. There are many variations of the bathroom design: from luxuriant verdure to several emphasized green spots.

A big window in the bathroom is the ideal chance for planting greenery. In the warm and moist climate of the bathroom it is best to keep plants, which came to us from tropical countries. A small bathroom window somewhat limits the choice of plants, but in this case more suitable for the bathroom will be more endurable plants. If there is no window in the bathroom, don’t be discouraged. There are ways to keep plants even in this case: you can buy special lamps for flowers, they are like small daylight lamps, but have a different radiated spectrum. If you illuminate the plants with this lamp in the bathroom without a window, the plants will feel comfortable.

In a big bathroom with a good window you can create something like a jungle or in extreme case, a small bathroom garden. Luxurious ferns, huge leaves of philodendrons, motley aglaonema will change your bathroom design so much that you will hardly recognize it. Sprawling arecas and chamaedoreas will help to soften the cold glitter of the tiles.

The role of bathroom in the modern house does not only yield to the utilitarian purpose. It is especially pleasant to take a bath, coddling in sweet-scented foam, when around you there is not only warm water, but also the bathroom atmosphere that helps to relax.
